We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 via selected courier (within Australia). You can opt to have your order delivered via Australia Post, however, please be aware that this service will incur a fee.

Done Dirt Cheap DVD uses Toll Priority for all orders sent by courier. Not only does Toll get your packages to you faster, their service allows you to track your parcel online using Toll Online Track and Trace. You can do so from the second your parcel leaves our warehouse on its journey to your door. Just refer to your shipping confirmation for the package number (see below).
Where does Done Dirt Cheap DVD ship to?
Currently, we are shipping orders to destinations within Australia and New Zealand.
How long will it take my order to be shipped?
If the product you ordered is in stock and you are located in selected metropolitan areas (see below), you should receive your parcel on the next business day (generally by 12pm).
The selected areas are:
- Adelaide Metro Area
- Brisbane Metro Area
- Canberra Metro Area
- Hobart Metro Area
- Melbourne Metro Area
- Perth Metro Area
- Sunshine Coast
- Sydney Metro Area
If you're not located in any of the areas listed above, you can expect deliveries to take 2 or more days (from the shipping date) to arrive.
How do I track my parcel online?
Toll - Track your parcel online via Toll's website. Your Done Dirt Cheap DVD invoice will contain a consignment note number from Toll Priority. Simply use the online tracking tool on Toll Online Track and Trace - when you enter your consignment note number, you'll be able to see an estimated delivery date. You'll also be able to trace the current whereabouts of your package.
eParcel - Your Done Dirt Cheap DVD invoice will contain a consignment note number from Australia Post. Simply use the online tracking tool on Australia Post Track and Trace. Enter your consignment note number to trace the current whereabouts of your package.
Express Post - Your Done Dirt Cheap DVD invoice will contain a consignment note number from Australia Post. Simply use the online tracking tool on Australia Post Track and Trace. Enter your consignment note number to trace the current whereabouts of your package.
What if I specify a PO Box or Roadside Mail Box as my address.
These orders will be shipped via Standard Australia Post.
What's the latest time I can place my order and it still sent on the same day?
All in-stock orders received by 4pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 4pm on weekdays or anytime over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally we ship titles within 48 hours of receiving your order, depending on product availability. Your credit card will be charged at the time an order is placed. Please note: shipping charges will apply to each parcel sent.
At Done Dirt Cheap DVD we'll provide you with full information regarding the progress of your order. We will confirm your order with an initial email followed by subsequent email(s) when your stock is shipped. Please note that we make every effort to fulfill every order placed. However there are occasions when our suppliers are out of stock or a title is no longer available. In those cases we will inform you within two business days of any order placed.

I'm in New Zealand, what happens with my orders?
We ship all international parcels via Australia Post's International Parcel Post service. The internal shipping time (the time it takes from order placement to the stock leaving our warehouse) is no different from Australian orders, but obviously you'll need to allow some extra time for your order to cross the Tasman Sea.
Refunds & Returns
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 14 days providing us with full details. In return, we will get back to you promptly.
You can also exchange or arrange for a credit on any goods within 14 days. The goods must be in IMMACULATE condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the disc is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please email Returns with details of the items and your reason for returning them. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

In order to obtain the best value on your shipping costs we suggest you order in bulk (in other words, more than one unit).
Some items such as box-sets and TV series are sometimes packed in bulky packaging which may increase the shipping cost of your order slightly. You will be advised of the total shipping cost at checkout.
