Q: What is the procedure for Replacements and Refunds?
A:

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days with the full details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

You can also choose to exchange any item within 14 days – please note: a $2 administration fee per item will apply in the following circumstances:

 

  • Whenever an item is returned for no reason (ie: there is nothing wrong with the item in question and there has been no fault on Done Dirt Cheap DVD’s part).
  • Whenever a pending order is cancelled without adequate reasoning (ie: again, when there is no fault on Done Dirt Cheap DVD’s part).

 

The $2 administration fee will be waived if:

 

  • You choose to have the value of the order credited back to your Done Dirt Cheap DVD account (instead of requesting a refund).
  • The item(s) in question are exchanged for item(s) of equal or greater value.

 

Please note: all goods returned to Done Dirt Cheap DVD must be in perfect condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If a disc is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and will return them to you.
